If you want to visit the Hungarian Parliament Building then these are the opening hours off the visitor centre:
From the 1st of April untill the 31th of October: 8.00 AM – 6.00PM
From the 1st of November untill the 31th of March: 8.00 AM – 4.00 PM
You’ll find the vistor centre on the leftside when you are at the side of the Danube facing the building

Budapest Parliament Tour
There is only one way to visit the Hungarian Parliament Building and that’s to join the Budapest Parliament tour. The Parliament tour takes about an hour and provides you with information about the building and its history. It will lead you amongst other things past the golden staircase, the lushly decorated Cupola room and the Hungarian crown jewels. - If you would want to walk all stairs of the building it would take you quite some time. In total the stairs cover 20 kilometer .
- 50% of the building was distroyed during the 2nd world war.
- There is so many gold in the building that they say that from this amount of gold you would be able to build a village for 40.000 people.

On foot: If you walk past the Danube towards Margaret bridg, you will pass by the Hungarian Parliament Building.
